Lake Worth Playhouse

The Lake Worth Playhouse, located in the oldest building on the register of the Art Deco Society of Palm Beach County, is the cultural anchor of downtown Lake Worth. An artsy neighborhood, downtown Lake Worth captivates visitors with its neighborhood feel and sense of diversity. The city's boutiques, galleries, restaurants and our famous old theater make for a unique South Florida experience.

The Lake Worth Playhouse is proud to bring the finest in independent films to downtown Lake Avenue. Through our association with Emerging Pictures, a New York film company, we have access to award-winning first run independent and international films. All films are screened in the 50 seat Stonzek Black Box Theatre which has been equipped with a state-of-the art projector and sound system.
